Feeling HOT, HOT, HOT

Need to lose a few pounds?  Then feel the burn! 

We’re not talking a Jane Fonda-style aerobics workout — but instead, upping your intake of spicy food.  Scientists have discovered that chillies  may aid weight loss. 

A study published in the Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry found that capsaicin, the compound that gives chillies their eye-watering heat, makes fat cells self distruct. 

The hot peppers are already thought to speed up metabolism, as well as helping to protect against stomach ulcers.  So there’s never been a better reason to spice up your life.
